6. Faller drawing frame

It is used to prepare the fibres for combed spinning: to improve the degree of parallelisation of the fibres, to reduce the sliver count (thickness) and improve its regularity, to mix the fibres, to eliminate tangles and processing dust.
The drawframe is a modular machine with a choice of components depending on its use: deflaking or combing passage; finishing or post combing passage; mixer; preparation passage for the actual spinning process.
