Yellow Sky - Salzmann

In the midst of the turmoil of the Second World War, Gottfried Salzmann was born in Saalfelden in 1943. He developed a keen interest in art and painting at a very early age. After studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, he moved to Paris where he still lives and works. Through the composition of photography, collage and watercolour, Gottfried Salzmann manages to bring the fascination and versatility of New York to life in his painting Yellow Sky.
